Diving is a great way to explore the most southern coral barrier reef on earth. It contains a wide variety of marine life with many species being found only in certain areas. Pro dive is locally owned and operated so the service provided is of the highest quality as they know the area back to front. The owners are 6th generation islanders making them very experienced at what they do. The dives can be attended to in the summer months between September and June.




Water Based Activities
This magnificent island offers many leisure activites for those who love an active lifestyle. There is kayaking, scuba diving, snorkelling, fishing, reef walking, surfing and swimming.
Kayaking and snorkelling can be done at a beach lagoon which stretches 6km with a variety of marine life right below you. There are also glass bottom boats which allow you to explorer underwater while staying dry.
These activities are accessible year round at most times.



Fishing on Lord Howe Island
This island ia legendary place for fishing because it is surrounded by marine park with no commercial fishing taking place. There are many spots where you could catch kingfish, yellowfin tuna and wahoo along with unique species that only live around the island. The last paradise offers charter boats that go for half day, full day and even private hours. All equipment is provided and with so such a variety of environment, hooking a fish is possible in about any condition.
